Pilot

Pricing

Last updated 13 July 2026 · Apefo Ltd

Seoryx is sold as a private pilot first. Pricing is per month by portfolio size, plus an optional one-time setup. A pilot traces your real money URLs end to end — signal, evidence, an approved work order and a before/after verification window — before you commit to a rollout. Outcomes vary; Seoryx does not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue.

Plans

Solo site pilot

€499 / month

One site, one Google Search Console property and one GA4 property, one crawl / import pipeline.

  • Your first decision board
  • Evidence packs per decision
  • Jira work orders (or export to your tracker)
  • Before/after verification windows

Agency / affiliate team

From €3,000 / month

Multi-site workflows and custom imports.

  • Operator policies
  • Custom imports
  • Team seats
  • Priority support

Setup: €500–€2,000 one-time, scoped to your stack.

What every plan includes

  • Decision traces — each money URL gets a traceable path from signal to constraint to decision.
  • Evidence packs — the data behind each decision, so a human can approve with context.
  • Configurable multi-AI review & arbiter — you choose which reviewers run per task type; a human always approves.
  • Work orders — an approved, engineering-ready change. Jira delivery is supported today; for any other tracker the work order is exported and handed over during onboarding.
  • Verification windows — a before/after window measures what changed against a locked baseline after deploy.

What Seoryx does not do

  • No guaranteed rankings, traffic or revenue — outcomes vary and depend on factors outside our control.
  • Not a fully autonomous agent — a human operator approves every decision.
  • Not a trained proprietary model, and a verification window is not causal proof of uplift.
  • No public customer list or usage metrics are shown — pilots are onboarded individually.

Is a pilot a good fit?

Seoryx is built for high-competition iGaming and affiliate portfolios. A pilot tends to fit best when you can share:

  • portfolio size (one site, up to five, or many);
  • your platform / CMS;
  • GSC and GA4 access for the properties in scope;
  • where fixes ship (Jira, or another tracker you export into);
  • your primary markets;
  • roughly how much engineering capacity you have each month;
  • the SEO tooling you already run.

You do not need all of this to start — one real money URL and the stack you run is enough for a first trace.

How a pilot runs

A pilot is a fixed, reversible engagement. Nothing is connected before you agree the scope, and you can withdraw access at any point.

  1. 1
    Qualification call

    A short technical call to check fit: your portfolio, where you ship, what data exists and what you want a pilot to prove. If it is not a fit, we say so on the call.

  2. 2
    Access scope

    We agree in writing which properties and URLs are in scope, and take only the data that scope needs. Data minimisation is the default, and scope is what limits us — not a promise to be careful.

  3. 3
    Search Console & GA4 connection

    You connect one Google Search Console property and one GA4 property for the sites in scope. These are read-only: Seoryx reads performance data and never writes to your Google accounts. Access is revocable by you at any time, from your own Google account, without asking us.

  4. 4
    Portfolio and URL selection

    Together we pick the money URLs to trace first — typically 3–5 for a first pilot slice, chosen by commercial value rather than by how easy they are to fix.

  5. 5
    Evidence baseline

    Before any change is proposed, a baseline is captured and locked for each URL in scope. Everything afterwards is measured against that locked baseline, so the comparison cannot move under you.

  6. 6
    First decision traces

    You receive the first decision traces — signal, evidence, constraints, reviewer disagreement, the selected action and the alternatives that were rejected. This is the artifact you are judging the pilot on.

  7. 7
    Engineering handoff

    Approved decisions become evidence-backed work orders with acceptance criteria, delivered into Jira or exported for another tracker. A human on your side approves every decision, and Seoryx never deploys or changes your site itself — your team ships.

  8. 8
    Verification period

    After deploy, a window reads the page against its locked baseline at 14, 30 and 60 days, with SERP volatility flagged. This measures what happened; it is not proof that the change caused it.

  9. 9
    Review and continuation decision

    We review the traces and the observed windows together and you decide whether to continue, change scope or stop. There is no automatic rollover, and you can revoke access and request deletion of the data we hold at that point.

What you are committing to

  • Cost. The monthly plan above, plus a one-time setup of €500–€2,000 scoped to your stack and agreed before the pilot starts.
  • Access. Read-only Search Console and GA4 for the properties in scope, revocable by you at any time.
  • People. Someone who can approve a decision, and engineering capacity to actually ship the work orders — an unshipped work order cannot be verified.
  • Data accuracy. You are the source of truth for your own portfolio; Seoryx is not your system of record.
  • No guarantee. No ranking, traffic or revenue guarantee. Outcomes vary and depend on factors outside our control.

Full detail lives in the security & data handling page and the pilot terms.
