Acceptable Use

Last updated 13 July 2026 · Apefo Ltd

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out how you may and may not use Seoryx and the seoryx.app website. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms.

Not legal advice. This policy describes the rules we apply to use of the service. It does not tell you whether your own sites, content or marketing are lawful — that assessment is yours to make.

You must

  • Use Seoryx only for lawful purposes, and in a manner consistent with our Terms and this policy.
  • Connect, submit or share only sites, accounts, credentials and data that you own or are otherwise authorised to access and to share with us.
  • Ensure that your sites, content, campaigns and marketing comply with all applicable law, including gambling regulation and affiliate-marketing rules in each jurisdiction you target. This remains your responsibility, not ours.
  • Provide accurate and current information, and keep any credentials you share with us — such as logins, API keys and access tokens — secure and confidential.
  • Review every decision, work order and output before you act on it. Human approval is always required before a decision becomes a work order, and outputs may be wrong.

You must not

  • Submit, generate or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise harmful.
  • Submit data that you have no right to share, or special-category or highly sensitive personal data (for example health, biometric, racial or ethnic, financial-account or government-identifier data).
  • Disrupt, overload, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its underlying systems, or bypass, disable or circumvent the pilot form’s security or anti-bot controls (including Cloudflare Turnstile).
  • Scrape, resell, reverse-engineer or misrepresent the service, or use it to build or seek to build a competing product or dataset in breach of our Terms.
  • Use Seoryx to unlawfully target, profile or monitor individuals, or to plan, facilitate or carry out any activity that is illegal in the relevant jurisdiction.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe you are in breach of this policy or our Terms, or where we consider it necessary to protect the service, our other users, or third parties. Where it is practical and lawful to do so, we will give you notice and an opportunity to put things right; where a breach is serious, ongoing or poses an immediate risk, we may act first and explain afterwards. Suspension or termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to us.

Reporting misuse

If you become aware of misuse of Seoryx, a security concern, or content or activity that appears to breach this policy, please tell us at hello@seoryx.app. We review reports we receive and take the action we consider appropriate in the circumstances.
