Pilot Terms

Last updated 13 July 2026 · Apefo Ltd

These Pilot Terms govern a private Seoryx pilot provided by Apefo Ltd. A paid pilot may be accompanied by a separate signed agreement and/or Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which prevails on conflict.

At a glance

  • A Seoryx pilot is decision-support: a human on your side approves before any decision becomes a work order. Seoryx does not publish or change your site by itself.
  • Scope — the URLs, sources, markets and duration — is agreed in writing for each pilot.
  • We make no ranking, traffic or revenue guarantee. A verification window measures change against a locked baseline; it is measurement, not causal proof and not a forecast.
  • We provide no legal, financial or gambling-compliance advice. You remain responsible for compliance and for taking your own advice.
  • Fees are agreed in writing per pilot. Our total liability for a pilot is capped at the fees paid for that pilot, subject to the limits that cannot be excluded by law.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Pilot scope

A Seoryx pilot is a private, time-boxed engagement. Its scope is defined and agreed in writing before work begins, and covers, at a minimum:

  • the specific URLs or page types in scope (for example, casino reviews, no-deposit or bonus pages, GEO landers, payment-method or comparison pages);
  • the data sources and accounts you connect for the pilot;
  • the target markets or geographies; and
  • the duration of the pilot and of any verification windows.

Anything outside what is agreed in writing is out of scope. Either party may propose a change to scope, which takes effect only once both parties confirm it in writing. Where a paid pilot is accompanied by a separate signed agreement and/or DPA, that document governs scope, security and data-processing terms and prevails over these Pilot Terms on any conflict.

Human approval

Seoryx is a decision-trace and verification layer. It turns money-page signals into one decision, an evidence-backed work order, and a before/after verification window. A configurable multi-AI review can run where configured and where it is useful; it does not run on every task and does not act on its own.

Human-in-the-loop is not optional. A human operator on your side must approve before a decision becomes a work order. Seoryx does not publish, deploy or change any website by itself, and nothing in a pilot authorises autonomous publishing or execution.

Outputs are decision-support. They may be wrong and must be reviewed by a competent person before anything is shipped. You are responsible for the decisions you approve and the changes you make.

No ranking or uplift guarantee

We give no guarantee of any ranking, traffic, conversion, revenue or other commercial outcome. Search and affiliate outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and results vary from page to page and market to market.

A verification window measures change against a baseline locked at a point in time. It is a measurement of what changed after a work order was applied — it is not causal proof that Seoryx or any single change produced that movement, and it is not a forecast of future performance. Do not rely on a pilot as a prediction of results.

No legal, financial or gambling-compliance advice

iGaming and affiliate marketing are heavily regulated, and requirements differ by market, licence and advertising standard. Seoryx and these Pilot Terms do not provide legal, regulatory, financial, tax or gambling-compliance advice, and must not be treated as a substitute for professional advice.

You remain solely responsible for ensuring that your pages, offers, claims and marketing comply with all applicable laws, licence conditions, advertising codes and platform rules in every market you operate in, and for obtaining your own independent advice. You are responsible for reviewing every work order for compliance before you act on it.

Your responsibilities

To take part in a pilot, you agree that:

  • Rights and authority. You have the right to grant us access to, and to share with us, the accounts, data, content and credentials you provide for the pilot, and doing so does not breach any third party’s rights or any agreement you are bound by.
  • Data accuracy. The information and data you provide are, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and lawfully held.
  • Credentials. You are responsible for issuing least-privilege access, and for rotating or revoking any credentials, tokens or connections when the pilot ends or when you consider it necessary.
  • Backups. You keep your own backups of your sites, content and data. We are not your system of record.
  • Review before shipping. You review every decision and work order before it is applied to a live site, and you make the final call on what ships.
  • Acceptable use. You use the pilot lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, and you will not use it to breach applicable gambling, advertising or data-protection rules.

Fees and payment

Placeholder — to be confirmed per pilot. Commercial terms are settled in writing for each engagement; the wording below is indicative and does not itself set a price.

Fees, billing frequency and payment terms for a pilot are agreed in writing before the pilot begins. Indicative pricing may be shown on our homepage for guidance only and does not constitute a binding quote. Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying where they apply. At our discretion, selected pilots may be adjusted, discounted or waived. Where a pilot is paid, the fees, invoicing and any late-payment terms in a separate signed agreement prevail over this section.

Intellectual property

We retain all intellectual property rights in the Seoryx platform, its methodology, software, models orchestration, and the underlying know-how, including any improvements developed in the course of a pilot. You retain all rights in your own data, content, sites and accounts, and nothing in a pilot transfers ownership of them to us.

Subject to your payment of any fees due, you may use the decision traces, evidence and work orders we deliver to you for your own internal business purposes. Seoryx orchestrates general-purpose models together with the data you connect; it does not train a proprietary Seoryx model, and your data is not used to train one.

Cancellation

Either party may end a pilot at any time on reasonable written notice. On request following cancellation, we will delete or anonymise your pilot data in line with our Privacy Notice and any applicable DPA, except where we are required to retain it by law. Any fees properly due for services already provided up to the effective date of cancellation remain payable. Where a separate signed agreement sets out specific termination terms, those terms apply.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Pilot Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that:

  • we provide the pilot on a reasonable-efforts basis and give no warranty that it will achieve any particular result or be error-free;
  • we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, rankings, goodwill, data or anticipated savings; and
  • our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a pilot is limited to the total fees you have paid to us for that pilot.

A separate signed agreement for a paid pilot may set out specific liability terms, which prevail over this section on any conflict.

Governing law

These Pilot Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
